Since 1995, Rick Koehn had been helping families with home financing and achieving their dream of owning a home. Rick had concluded that education was the cornerstone of establishing lifelong relationships, and being your lender for life was his goal when helping you and your family with your home purchase or refinance. His philosophy was simple: treat people the way you'd want to be treated and do the right thing. He loved God and loved keeping God first in all he did, including in his business.
Rick left this world on June 21, 2024, to be with his Creator.
Rick loved the mortgage business, and he loved being of service. He built an honest, respectable business.
